Questions firms ask
- What counts as an intake?
- A finished one: a client who paid, or whose case was sent to you to handle yourself. Someone who gives up partway never counts.
- What happens at my plan's limit?
- The widget stops starting new intakes until next month or until you upgrade, and asks new visitors to contact you directly. Clients already partway through can always finish. There are no overage charges, ever.
- Do you take a cut of my fees?
- No. Clients pay your firm through your own Stripe account. Stripe charges its standard processing fee; Cazivo takes nothing from the payment.
- How does the free trial work?
- You choose a plan and add a card, and you are not charged for 14 days. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
- Can I change plans or cancel?
- Any time, from your billing page. Upgrades take effect straight away. If you cancel, your data is kept for 90 days in case you come back, then deleted.
