Cazivo

For attorneys

You stay the lawyer. Cazivo does the paperwork.

Every professional judgment stays with you: what to charge, what to take, what your agreement says.

Who decides what

Judgment is yours. Clerical work is ours.

You decide

  • What you charge for each violation
  • Which cases you quote online
  • Every word of your retainer
  • Whether to take the client

Cazivo handles

  • Reading the ticket photo
  • Filling your agreement with their details
  • Collecting the e-signature
  • Taking payment into your account

Your cases

Serious charges come to you.

DUI, reckless driving and felonies are never quoted online by default. You choose what else to hold back.

Your jurisdiction

Only the cases you can take.

Choose your states, and the counties within them. A ticket from anywhere else gets a polite no before any quote, and never counts toward your plan.

The service area page: Michigan narrowed to three of its 83 counties, Macomb, Oakland and Wayne, with a summary of where the firm accepts tickets.
The intake widget on a phone declining a ticket: we can't quote this ticket, it is from outside the jurisdiction the firm serves, and the client has not been charged.

Your money

Clients pay your firm. Directly.

Link your operating account, not your trust account, and follow your state's rules on advance fees.

Cazivo is software only. It never holds your clients' money and takes no cut of your fee.

Your agreement

A signature record that holds up.

Your retainer, word for word. Each signing keeps a tamper-evident record that it is the one they signed.

Your relationship

Your name on every screen.

Clients see your firm's name, logo and colors from first tap to signed retainer.

Plainly disclosed

Cazivo is not a law firm.

Your clients are told so, beside the button they press. Whether to take the case stays your decision.

What your client reads

An AI system reads your ticket photo to fill in the details. You'll check and confirm them before you see a price.

This form is provided by Cazivo, a software company, not a law firm. Nothing on it is legal advice, and submitting it does not by itself make Demo Traffic Law your lawyer.

How Cazivo handles your information

Confidential by design

Client data, protected.

  • Only your firm sees them

Each firm's clients are walled off from every other firm's.

  • Deleted on your schedule

Client files go 90 to 365 days after delivery, as you choose.

  • AI that never trains on them

It sees the ticket photo only. No names, no firm.

How we protect client data

Questions

What attorneys ask us.

Rules differ by state. Cazivo is built to fit them, but your own bar's rules are the ones that apply.

Does this fit my state's advertising and fee rules?

Cazivo is built to fit them: you set every fee, and your own agreement is what the client signs. Your own bar's rules are the ones that apply.

Which bank account should I connect?

Your operating account, not your trust account. Follow your state's rules on when an advance fee may be deposited there.

Is Cazivo practicing law?

No. It never prices a case, drafts or edits terms, or accepts a client. Clients are told it is software and that nothing in the form is legal advice.

Can I take tickets only where I practice?

Yes. Choose your states, and the counties within them if you like. A ticket from anywhere else is politely declined before any quote, and it never counts toward your plan.

What if the AI misreads a ticket?

The client checks everything it read, and can correct the violation, before any price is shown.

Who owns the client data?

Your firm. Cazivo processes it on your behalf, deletes it on your schedule, and lets you export it. See the data processing addendum.
